Iranian journalist Marzieh Rasooli is released on bail from Evin prison.

Marzieh was arrested on the evening of 17 January at her home and spent most of her six-week detention in solitary cell, during which she was under immense pressure by the Islamic Republic Revolutionary Guards to make false confessions of working with the BBC.

The news of her release comes amid a new propaganda campaign by the Revolutionary Guards in which a number of Iranian journalists are accused of cooperating not just with the BBC, but the British intelligence services.

The website Gerdab, run by the Revolutionary Guards Cyber Defence Command, published a report on Saturday in which Marzieh, along with other detained journalists Parastoo Dokouhaki and Saham Bourghani, were accused of operating as 'agents' inside Iran, helping the British broadcaster logistically, editorially and by way of collecting data.

The report, ostensibly unearthing a secret mission codenamed 'Eye of the Fox', ends with a note that a documentary would be broadcast on the state-run TV 'in the coming days.'

Such documentary would not be the first one of its kind in the history of the Islamic Republic. It could feature 'confessions' by any of the recently detained journalists, which being obtained with force, is void even under the laws of the Islamic Republic. Yet it would certainly cause further distress for the journalists and their family and friends.

It would be imperative to expose any such farcical display even before it is out in the public -- and is used as a pretext to indict innocent journalists.

Forty days has passed since the night Iranian journalist, Marzieh Rasouli, was arrested at her home. She's spent many days in a solitary cell in a ward controlled by the Revolutionary Guards at Evin prison; and despite all their efforts, her family is yet to know why she was arrested. In an interview with the reformist website, Kaleme, her father, Abolfazl Rasouli, says about the false promises of her daughter's 'immediate release', and the trepidations of her ailing mother.

Below comes the full text of the interview, translated to English from the original in Persian.

It's forty days now since your daughter was arrested? Have you followed her case with judicial authorities?

Everyday since the day she was arrested I've been to the prosecutors office at Evin; all to no avail, no one feels responsible to give answers. We've been to the Tehran Court of Justice too, with the request to visit Marzieh. We were but told to go to the Prosecutor's Deputy. And there they said the Deputy didn't deal with 'security' cases, but only the Prosecutor himslelf.

Did the judicial authorities inform you at any stage as to why Marzieh was arrested?

We don't have a clue why she's been arrested. Two weeks ago, following several attempts to see the judge in charge of the case, we were eventually able to meet him, but he refused to give any explanation about my daughter's charges. They've kept her for forty days without us knowing why. My wife has a heart condition. She still doesn't know Marzieh has been arrested. We've told her that she's had to go for a work-related trip. She keeps asking for her and we keep saying she'll be back any day now. Yet days go by and nothing happens.

Is it true that judicial authorities had talked about her immediate release?

Two weeks ago, someone called saying he was the interrogator. He said my daughter was about to be released. We followed that and asked the judge to help her be released in time to attend her brother's wedding ceremony; yet again, it wasn't to be. Also Marzieh said in one of her phone-calls that she had been told she'd be released.

Did you speak with judicial authorities about this promise?

We brought it up when meeting the judge in charge of the case. But he said he wasn't aware of any phone-call to that effect' and that the interrogator had never called us in this regard (Marzieh's release).

How was your daughter when you met her?

She was visibly weakened, both physically and mentally, by so many days in solitary confinement. And more so because of all the uncertainties surrounding her case. In the visiting-session, a person who seemed to be Marzieh's interrogator asked my if I knew that my daughter didn't observe Islamic ordinances and went to trips with her friends. He also said that her interrogation was nearing the end, and she was about to be released.

Any final word?

I have repeatedly pointed out that in her eleven years of work as a journalist, my daughter has never had any political activity . She's always worked in the area of arts and culture. She's innocent. I want her to be released as soon as possible.

کلمه: نزدیک به چهل روز از شبی که نیروهای امنیتی مرضیه رسولی را در منزلش بازداشت کردند می‌گذرد. او روزهای متوالی در سلول انفرادی بوده و در تمام این مدت پیگیری های خانواده‌اش برای اطلاع از علت دستگیری این روزنامه‌نگار بی‌نتیجه مانده است. ابوالفضل رسولی، پدر مرضیه از وعده‌های دروغ برای آزادی دخترش و بی‌تابی همسر بیمارش می‌گوید: همسر من ناراحتی قلبی دارد و هنوز از دستگیری دخترم بی‌اطلاع است. به او گفته‌ایم که دخترم به سفری کاری رفته و در جواب بی‌تابی‌هایش می‌گوییم دیگر همین روزها از سفر برمی‌گردد اما روزها می‌گذرد و خبری نمی‌شود.

حدود چهل روز است که دختر شما در زندان است. تاکنون به چه مراجع قضایی مراجعه کرده‌اید؟

از فردای دستگیری دخترم هر روز به دادسرای اوین مراجعه می‌کنیم اما هیچ کس پاسخ درست و مشخصی به ما نمی‌دهد. به دادگستری تهران مراجعه کردیم و در خواست ملاقات دادیم اما مسئول دفتر رییس دادگستری مرا به معاون اول دادستان ارجاع دادند. آنجا هم به ما گفتند پرونده های امنیتی به ایشان مربوط نمی شود و دادستان شخصا به پرونده های امنیتی رسیدگی می کند.

مقامات قضایی دلیل بازداشت دخترتان را به شما گفته اند؟

اصلا نمی دانیم دخترم چرا بازداشت شده. حدود دو هفته قبل، پس از مراجعه های بسیار و درخواست دیدار با قاضی پرونده موفق به دیدار ایشان شدیم ولی از ارائه هرگونه توضیحی درباره اتهام دخترم خودداری کردند. حدود چهل روز است که دخترم را زندانی کرده اند بدون اینکه بدانیم چرا؟ همسر من ناراحتی قلبی دارد و هنوز از دستگیری دخترم بی اطلاع است . به او گفته ایم که دخترم به سفری کاری رفته و در جواب بی تابی هایش می گوییم دیگر همین روزها از سفر برمی گردد اما روزها می گذرد و خبری نمی شود.

در خبرها آمده بود که مقامات قضایی به دخترتان وعده آزادی داده بودند.

حدود دو هفته قبل شخصی که خود را بازجوی پرونده معرفی کرد طی تماس تلفنی وعده آزادی دخترم را داده بود. با توجه به اینکه در ان زمان مراسم ازدواج پسرم هم در پیش بود از قاضی پرونده خواستیم که شرایط آزادی هر چه سریع تر دخترم را فراهم کنند تا به مراسم ازدواج برادرش برسد اما نتیجه ای نداد. دخترم هم در طی تماس تلفنی خود گفت به او وعده ازادی داده اند.

آیا شما این وعده را از مقامات قضایی هم پیگیری کردید؟

وقتی با قاضی پرونده ملاقات کردیم، گفت که تماس ها از طرف آنها نبوده و بازجوی پرونده در زمینه آزادی مرضیه هیچ گونه تماس تلفنی نگرفته است!

وضعیت دخترتان در ملاقات چگونه بود؟

روزهای طولانی بازداشت دخترم را از نظر روحی و جسمی ضعیف کرده بود به خصوص که در وضعیت بلاتکلیفی به سر می برد. در ملاقات حضوری، فردی که به نظر می رسید بازجوی مرضیه باشد، پرسید آیا می دانم که دخترم شئونات اسلامی را رعایت نمی کند و با دوستانش به سفر می رود؟ گفتند که بازجویی های دخترم در مرحله آخر است و به زودی آزاد می شود.

آخرین درخواستتان چیست؟

بارها و طی درخواست های خود به این موضوع اشاره کرده ام که دخترم در طی ۱۱ سال فعالیت خود با مطبوعات سابقه هیچ گونه فعالیت سیاسی نداشته و تنها در حوزه ادب و هنر با رسانه ها همکاری می کرده است و بی گناه بازداشت شده است. خواستار تسریع در رونده پرونده دخترم و آزادی هر چه زودتر او هستم.

Dokouhaki's mother: the highest judicial office in the land says it's not responsible for my daughter's case

Judicial authorities have told Parastoo Dokouhaki's mother that the Judiciary is not responsible for her daughter's case. According to the reformist website Kaleme, which has conducted an exclusive interview with Parastoo's mother, people at the office of the Head of the Judiciary, the highest judicial authority in Iran, have claimed that that office is not responsible for 'security' cases.

Below comes the interview, translated from its original in Persian.

It's more than a month since Parastoo was arrested. Have you been informed as to why?
No. Every day since the day following the night she was taken, I've been to the prosecution office at Evin prison; all to no avail. No one from the judiciary has ever said why my daughter was arrested. All they say is that Parastoo has to explain a few things and is there to answer some questions. Yet I'm fully aware of Parastoo's activities. In the past two years, after his father's illness, she had quit her work as a journalist. She only worked part-time with Dr. Shariati Foundation.

Have you tried any other judicial office other than the one at Evin?
Yes. I tried the office of the Tehran Prosecutor but eventually his deputy told me people at Evin were responsible to deal with the case. They weren't responsive though. So I decided to go to the highest judicial office in the land, Head of the Judiciary. I wrote a brief note and expressed my concerns for my daughter. I had to wait for many hours by the PR office of the Head of the Judiciary, only to be told that I have to go back to Evin. They didn't even accept my letter.

Why?
They said the Head of the Judiciary is not responsible for security/political cases, and that only the office of the Tehran Prosecutor can deal with them.

What was it that you wanted from the Head of the Judiciary?
I had reminded him in my letter that my daughter has been in a solitary cell for more than a month; that I've been assured again and again that interrogation has been over and things would change; yet days have passed and she's in the very same uncertain position.

It was reported that some officials had told you of Parastoo's immediate release?
That's right. In the visit that I had with her, Parastoo quoted the official in charge of her case that her interrogation was over and she was about to be released. Ten days has passed since then and no news of her release.

Have you followed this, their promise?
Indeed. Contrary to what they'd said to my daughter, they told me the interrogation was still going on, and Parastoo were yet to answer to questions.

Did they tell you about the charges and the questions she has to answer?
No, nothing.

Is it true that Parastoo is on medication? Did you discuss this with the authorities?
Yes. Parastoo wasn't in a very good state psychologically after her father passed away. She was given medication by her doctor. I've repeatedly pointed to this in my letters, but no one pays any attention.

How was she in when you met her in Prison?
I could tell that solitary confinement had weakened her.

And your last word with the authorities?
To release my daughter. I want them to note this that after my husband's death, Parastoo and I were all both of us were left with. Since her arrest more than a month ago, life has become a real misery.

مادر پرستو دوکوهکی: قوه قضاییه می گوید وضعیت زندانیان سیاسی-امنیتی به ما ربطی ندارد

کلمه: ۳۷ روز پس از دستگیری پرستو دوکوهکی، قوه قضاییه در پاسخ به پیگیری های خانواده وی گفت که وضعیت این روزنامه نگار زندانی به قوه قضاییه ارتباطی ندارد.
تاکنون هیچ یک از مقامات قضایی دلیل بازداشت پرستو دوکوهکی را اعلام نکرده‌اند. مادر پرستو دوکوهکی روز گذشته در ادامه پیگیری‌های خود وقتی از هیچ مرجع قضایی پاسخ نگرفت به دفتر رییس قوه‌قضاییه مراجعه کرد، اما مقامات مسئول از پذیرفتن نامه خودداری و اعلام کردند که وضعیت زندانیان سیاسی (امنیتی) به دفتر رییس قوه‌قضاییه ارتباطی ندارد و فقط مسوولان دادستانی تهران می‌توانند در این مورد پاسخ دهند.
بتول فیضی، مادر این روزنامه نگار در گفت‌و‌گو با کلمه در مورد آخرین وضعیت فرزندش این‌گونه توضیح می دهد:

بیش از یک‌ماه است که دختر شما در زندان است، آیا تاکنون مقامات قضایی دلیل بازداشت او را به شما توضیح داده‌اند؟
خیر! یک روز بعد از بازداشت دخترم، هر روز به دادسرای شهید مقدس، واقع در زندان اوین مراجعه کرده‌ام اما هیچ یک از مقامات قضایی به من پاسخی ندادند و دلیل بازداشت دخترم را هم اعلام نکرده‌اند و هربار فقط گفته‌اند که پرستو برای پاره‌ای از توضیحات در حال پاسخگویی به سوالات مقامات قضایی است. این درحالی است که من در جریان همه فعالیتهای دخترم هستم، او در دو سال گذشته به دلیل بیماری پدرش همه فعالیتهای روزنامه‌نگاری خود را تعطیل کرده بود و فقط چند روز در هفته با بنیاد فرهنگی دکتر علی شریعتی همکاری می کرد.

به غیر از دادسرای اوین به مراجع قضایی دیگر مراجعه نکرده‌اید؟
به دفتر دادستان تهران رفتم و در نهایت معاون ایشان بار دیگر مسوولان دادسرای اوین را مسوول پاسخگویی اعلام کردند. وقتی پاسخی نگرفتم تصمیم گرفتم به دفتر رییس قوه‌قضاییه به عنوان عالی‌ترین مقام‌قضایی مراجعه کنم. بنابراین نامه‌ای کوتاه نوشتم که در آن وضعیت خود و نگرانی نسبت به فرزندم را شرح دادم، اما متاسفانه پس از ساعت‌ها معطلی در مقابل دفتر ارتباطات مردمی ایشان، مسوولان آن دفتر نامه مرا نپذیرفتند و باز هم مرا به دادسرای اوین ارجاع دادند.

چرا؟
به گفته مسوولان آن مرکز، رییس قوه‌قضاییه پاسخگوی وضعیت متهمان پرونده‌های امنیتی (سیاسی) نیستند و فقط دادستانی تهران می‌تواند در این مورد توضیح دهد.

خواسته شما از رییس قوه‌قضاییه چه بود؟
من در نامه‌ام به ایشان یادآوری کرده بودم که، بیش از یک ماه است دخترم در سلول انفرادی نگهداری می‌شود و علی‌رغم وعده‌های مقامات قضایی مبنی بر پایان یافتن بازجویی‌ها و تعیین تکلیف سریع، روزهاست او در وضعیت بلاتکلیف است. با این توضیحات در نامه‌ام از ایشان درخواست کردم که فرزند بی‌گناهم را که بدون هیچ توضیحی ۳۵ روز است در سلول انفرادی زندان اوین نگهداری می‌شود، آزاد کنند.

در خبرها آمده بود که مقامات قضایی به دخترتان وعده آزادی داده بودند.
بله. در ملاقات، دخترم از قول کارشناس پرونده برای آزادی خبر داد و گفت که بازجویی‌هایش به پایان رسیده و قرار است این هفته آزاد شود. از آن تاریخ بیش از ۱۰ روز گدشته و تاکنون هیچ خبری از آزادی پرستو نیست.

آیا شما این وعده را از مقامات قضایی هم پیگیری کردید؟
بله! اما مقامات قضایی برخلاف آنچه به دخترم وعده داده بودند، گفتند که بازجویی‌ها تمام نشده و پرستو باید همچنان به پرسش‌های مقامات قضایی پاسخ بدهد.

به شما نگفتند که در مورد چه اتهامی باید پاسخ بدهد؟
هیچ توضیحی نداده‌اند.

در خبرها، آمده بود که دخترتان دارو مصرف می‌کند، آیا این موضوع را به مقامات قضایی یادآوری کردید؟
بله! دختر من بیش از دو سال است که به دلیل بیماری لاعلاج پدرش همه فعالیت‌های روزنامه‌نگاری خود را کنار گذاشته بود. متاسفانه بعد از فوت پدرش از چند ماه پیش حال روحی مناسبی نداشت و تحت درمان متخصصان، دارو مصرف می‌کرد. بارها در نامه‌هایم به این موضوع اشاره کرده‌ام، اما هیچ یک از مقامات قضایی به این موضوع توجه نمی‌کنند.

وضعیت دخترتان در ملاقات چگونه بود؟
به نظر می‌رسید، شرایط سخت سلول انفرادی دخترم را از نظر جسمی ضعیف کرده بود.

آخرین درخواستتان از مقامات چیست؟
آزادی بی قید و شرط دخترم. می‌خواهم باردیگر به مقامات قضایی یادآوری کنم که بعد از فوت همسرم من و دخترم تنها هم‌دم های هم بودیم و الان بیش از یک‌ماه است که من در کنار غم از دست دادن همسرم، با درد دوری از فرزندم به سختی زندگی می‌کنم.

مرضیه رسولی و پرستو دوکوهکی دو روزنامه نگار ایرانی بیش از یک ماه است که بدون ابلاغ رسمی اتهام در سلولهای انفرادی سپاه پاسداران زندانی هستند. قرار بازداشت موقت مرضیه رسولی دو روز پیش و قرار موقت پرستو دوکوهکی چهار روز پیش به اتمام رسیده است. هنوز مشخص نیست آیا قرار بازداشت موقت این دو روزنامه نگار تمدید شده یا ادامه نگهداری آنها در زندان مغایر ابتدایی‌ترین مواد آیین دادرسی در ایران است.

حال روحی و جسمی این دو روزنامه نگار در ملاقات حضوری نامناسب توصیف شده است.

نیروهای امنیتی درهفته های گذشته در پاسخ به پیگیری های تلفنی و حضوری خانواده این دو زندانی بارها به آنها وعده آزادی داده اند. به گفته برخی از زندانیان سیاسی در ایران وعده های دروغین آزادی یکی از ابزارهای نهادهای امنیتی برای تحت فشار گذاشتن زندانیان و خانواده های آنهاست.

اتهام خانم رسولی و دوکوهکی تا کنون به طور رسمی اعلام نشده است اما بر اساس گفته های غیررسمی و اطلاعات از داخل زندان، این دو روزنامه نگار تحت فشارهای روحی و روانی هستند تا به همکاری با رسانه های خارجی از جمله بی بی سی اعتراف کنند.

مقامهای امنیتی ایران در هفته های اخیر به خنثی کردن توطئه شبکه های خارجی در ایران اشاره کرده اند؛ از جمله خبرگزاری مهر روز سه‌شنبه به نقل از یک مقام امنیتی اعلام کرد «عده‌ای از اعضای شبکه همکاران بی‌بی‌سی فارسی در ایران» دستگیر شده اند.

بی بی سی فارسی اخیرا پس از دستگیری اعضای خانواده و دوستان برخی از کارمندانش اعلام کرده است که هیچ از یک روزنامه نگاران و وبلاگ نویسانی که اخیرا در ایران دستگیر شده اند هرگز با این رسانه همکاری نکرده اند. سهام الدین بورقانی، مرضیه رسولی و پرستو دوکوهکی از جمله این روزنامه نگاران هستند.

بر اساس ماده 37 قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری، کلیه قرارهای بازداشت موقت باید مستدل و موجه باشد و مستند قانونی و

دلایل آن و حق اعتراض متهم در متن قرار ذکر شود.‌همچنین قاضی مکلف است در کلیه موارد پس از مهلت یک ماه در صورت ضرورت با ذکردلایل و مستندات ، قرار بازداشت موقت را تجدید و در غیر‌این صورت با قرار تأمین مناسب متهم را آزاد نماید.

مرضیه رسولی که در خبرگزاری‌ دانشجویان ایران، روزنامه‌های ایران، شرق، اعتماد و ... در زمینه فرهنگ و هنر فعالیت می‌کرد؛ پس از توقیف روزنامه اعتماد بیکار شد. او نیمه شب ۲۷ دی ماه پس از بازرسی کامل خانه بدون هیچ توضیحی بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل شد.

پرستو دوکوهکی، روزنامه‌نگار، فعال حقوق زنان و کارمند بنیاد شریعتی ۲۵ دی‌ماه ۱۳۹۰ شبانه در خانه‌اش بازداشت شد. مأموران امنیتی کامپیوتر، یادداشت‌ها و وسایل شخصی او را با خود برده‌اند. خانم دوکوهکی پس از مرگ پدرش برای درمان افسردگی تحت درمان بوده است.

'Temporary' detention order expired; Dokouhaki and Rasouli still in solitary confinement

More than a month after their arrest, Iranian journalists Marzieh Rasouli and Parastoo Dokouhaki are still being held without charge, in solitary cells run by the Revolutionary Guards in Evin prison.

In what might best be described as 'administrative detention' since mid-January, the two have been under constant pressure to make false confessions. By law, maximum period for such detention -- named 'temporary' in Iran -- is one month, after which the judge has to ask for an extension or release the detainee.

The one-month 'temporary detention' order for Dokouhaki expired on 14 February; for Rasouli on 16th. It is not clear whether the order has been extended/re-issued or the two are held in contravention of even the existing legal due process of the Islamic Republic.

The prolonged detention of Parastoo and Marzieh has traumatised their families who say their loved ones did not look 'fine' in the only visit they've been granted to this date.

Since last week, both families have been falsely promised of 'immediate release' on a number of occasions. This, according to people with close knowledge of the issue in Iran, is a systematic attempt by security forces and interrogators to confuse, frustrate and ultimately break the detainee and its family.

The judicial authorities have so far refused to comment on the cases of Parastoo Dokouhaki and Marzieh Rasouli. There is very little doubt, however, that both journalists are under immense pressure to make false confessions of working with 'foreign media', the BBC in particular.

Officials in recent days have pointed to 'plots by foreign networks inside Iran'. On Tuesday, the semi-official Mehrnews reported, quoting 'security officials', that 'some members of the network of those working with the BBC Persian' had been arrested.

Recently, after close relatives and friends of its journalists were arrested in Iran, BBC Persian Service announced that none of those arrested, including Parastoo Dokouhaki, Marzieh Rasouli and Saham Bourghani, have ever worked for the broadcaster in any capacity.

پرستو دوکوهکی دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد رسانه های جهانی و ارتباطات فرا ملی در مرکز مطالعات فیلم و رسانه دانشگاه سواز در سال تحصیلی ۲۰۰۸-۲۰۰۷ بود. او با تجربه های زیادی که به عنوان یک روزنامه نگار و فعال حقوق زنان در ایران به دست آورده بود برای ادامه تحصیل به لندن آمد. دانشگاه سواز و مرکز مطالعات رسانه ای این دانشگاه هر سال دانشجویانی را از سراسر دنیا به خود جذب می کند و پرستو هم از بودن در کنار دانشجویانی از جنوب شرقی آسیا گرفته تا آفریقا لذت می برد. بسیاری از بحث های ما در کلاس درباره موضوعاتی از قببیل مشکلات آزادی بیان در خاورمیانه و چین و همچنین نقش زنان بود و هر کلاس فرصتی عالی بود برای تحلیل های تطبیقی. متوجه شدم که پرستو وبلاگ نویس فعالیست، و وبلاگ او یکی ازصداهای وبلاگستان فارسی است که در کتاب "بلاگستان" گذاشته ایم.

اگرچه پرستو می توانست در بریتانیا بماند، و به احتمال زیاد مثل بسیاری از خبرنگاران و روشنفکران ایرانی جوان دیگر در بی بی سی فارسی استخدام شود، اما ترجیح داد به ایران برود و از تحصیلات و توانایی هایش در آنجا استفاده کند. او در بنیاد شریعتی کار می کرد و کارهای این تئوریست را آرشیو و روی اینترنت قرار می داد تا قابل دسترسی و جستجو برای ایرانیان و دنیا باشد.

پاییز سال ۲۰۱۱ در کنسرت محسن نامجو در سالن باربیکن لندن به پرستو برخوردم. اتفاق جالبی بود چرا که این پرستو بود که اولین بار موسیقی هیجان انگیز نامجو را به من معرفی کرد و برایم لینک نمونه هایی از کارهای او را روی اینترنت فرستاد.

بعد از آن به دیدن من در دانشگاه سواز آمد و درباره موضوع های احتمالی تحقیقاتی برای ادامه تحصیل او در دوره دکترا صحبت کردیم چرا که بسیار مایل بود تحصیلاتش را ادامه دهد. یکی از ایده هایی که هر دو از آن خوشمان آمد تحقیق روی قصه های ناگفته زنان و تجربه های آنان در طول جنگ ایران و عراق بود. جای زخم های آن جنگ هنوز بر چهره جامعه ایرانی وجود دارد، اما آن طور که باید و شاید توجه تحلیلی مناسبی در دانشگاه ها به آن نشده است و آسیب جمعی ای که جامعه شهری ایران در دوران موشک باران تجربه کرد به ندرت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

موج جدید بازداشت ها، و خصوصا برای من زندانی شدن پرستو، وحشتناک است. پرستو در سال های اخیر فعالیت سیاسی نداشت و تنها دلیلی که به نظر می رسد دلیل بازداشت اش باشد حمله های جدید علیه بی بی سی فارسی و تلاش ها برای مرتبط نشان دادن صداهای آزادیخواه داخل ایران با این سازمان در سایه بحران های اخیر دیپلماتیک با بریتانیاست. طنز تلخ ماجرا اینجاست که پرستو هیچ علاقه ای به بی بی سی نداشت اما برخی می گویند به نظر می رسد تحت فشار باشد تا به کارهایی که نکرده اعتراف کند.

بهترین کاری که ما می توانیم بکنیم این است که این حملات بی پایه و اساس و غیر منطقی علیه انسان های بی گناه را عمومی کنیم، به دستگاه قضایی ایران بی اساس بودن این حملات را نشان بدهیم، و بر برقرای حقوق آزادی بیان و دستگاه قضایی آزاد که برای هر جامعه متمدنی، خصوصا جامعه ای که زیر لوای مذهب است، ضروری است اصرار بورزیم.

Parastoo Dokouhaki was a student on the Master course Global Media and Post National Communication in the Centre for Media and Film Studies at SOAS during the academic year 2007-8. She came to study in London with considerable experience as a journalist and women’s rights campaigner in Iran. SOAS and the Centre attract students from around the world and Parastoo enjoyed the encounters with people from south-east Asia and Africa. Many of our discussions focused on the difficulties for free speech in the Middle East and China or the social roles of women, for example, and every class was a brilliant exercise in comparative analysis. I discovered that she was an active blogger and she is one of many voices that we included in Blogistan.

Although she could have remained in Britain – and probably found a job within the BBC Persian service as many young intellectuals have – she preferred to return to Iran and use her skills and education there. She was working with the Shariati Foundation, cataloguing and putting the theorist’s work online as a searchable resource for Iranians and the world.

In the autumn of 2011, I bumped in to her at the wonderful concert by Mohsen Namjoo at the Barbican. That was appropriate since it had been Parastoo who first told me about the exciting music that Namjoo was producing and connected me to samples of his work on the internet.

She came to visit me at SOAS after that and we discussed possible topics for a PhD, since she was keen to continue with her studies. One idea that we both liked was to research the untold stories of women’s roles and experiences during the Iran-Iraq war. The war still scars Iranian society and has not received the analytic attention it deserves, with the experiences of urban-dwellers living under missiles attacks a social trauma that has hardly been explored.

The recent wave of arrests is horrifying and, for me, the incarceration of Parastoo especially so. She had not been politically active so the only explanation appears to be that she is caught up in the renewed attacks on BBC PTV and the attempt to link liberal voices inside Iran to that organization in the escalation of the diplomatic crisis with Britain. Ironically, Parastoo has wanted nothing to do with the BBC but it now appears likely that she might be forced into a televised confession of things she did not do.

The best thing we can do is publicise these ungrounded and irrational attacks on innocent people, show the judicial process in Iran for the sham that it is and press for the establishment of the rights of free speech and a free judiciary that any civilized society - and especially one that operates under the sign of religion -requires.

ملاقات با پرستو دوکوهکی در حضور چند مأمور امنیتی

خانواده پرستو دوکوهکی، روزنامه‌نگار و وبلاگ‌نویس زندانی بعد از ۲۴ روز توانستند با حضور چند مأمور امنیتی در اتاق بازپرسی با او ملاقات کنند. در این دیدار به طرز کم‌سابقه‌ای هم بازپرس، بازجو و هم زندانبان و یک مقام امنیتی دیگر حضور داشتند.

خانم دوکوهکی در این ملاقات که به شدت زیر نظر مأموران امنیتی بود، به خانواده‌اش گفته در حال توضیح «یک سری سوءتفاهم‌ها» به بازجویان است. او درباره این «سوءتفاهم‌ها» جزئیات بیشتری نداده است.

پرستو دوکوهکی که بیشتر مدت بازجویی در سلول انفرادی بوده، چند روزی است به سلول دونفری منتقل شده است. او در این مدت تحت فشار بوده است تا به دروغ به آنچه مقام‌های امنیتی ایران می‌خواهند اعتراف کند.

خانم دوکوهکی در بند دو.الف زندان اوین نگهداری می‌شود که زیر نظر سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی است.

غلامحسین محسنی‌اژه‌ای، سخنگوی قوه قضاییه ایران ۱۰ بهمن در پاسخ به سوال خبرنگاران درباره وضعیت و اتهام پرستو دوکوهکیِ، مرضیه رسولی و سهام‌الدین بورقانی که در فاصله دو روز دستگیر شدند، گفته بود، دادستان تهران درباره این پرونده اظهار نظر خواهد کرد.

مشخص نیست به چه دلیل باوجود گذشت بیش از ۲۰ روز از زمان دستگیری، دستگاه قضایی و مأموران امنیتی ایران از اعلام اتهام این روزنامه‌نگاران خودداری کرده‌اند.

خبرگزاری مهر روز سه‌شنبه به نقل از یک مقام امنیتی اعلام کرد «عده‌ای از اعضای شبکه همکاران بی‌بی‌سی فارسی در ایران» دستگیر شده و اعتراف کرده‌اند؛ درحالی که بی‌بی‌سی بارها اعلام کرده است در ایران کارمند و همکار ندارد.

پرستو دوکوهکی، روزنامه‌نگار و پژوهشگر اجتماعی ۲۵ دی‌ماه ۱۳۹۰ شبانه در خانه‌اش بازداشت شد. مأموران امنیتی کامپیوتر، یادداشت‌ها و وسایل شخصی او را با خود برده‌اند. خانم دوکوهکی پس از مرگ پدرش برای درمان افسردگی تحت درمان بوده است.

Twenty-four days after her arrest, the family of Iranian journalist, Parastoo Dokouhaki, were allowed to visit their daughter on Wednesday, but only in the presence of at least four security/judicial authorities.

In this belated, awkward, and certainly unusual session, both the examining and the interrogation officer were present alongside the guard and security people. Dokouhaki told her family that there were some "misunderstandings'', and that she was trying to clarify those. She didn't elaborate on what those "misunderstandings" were.

Since her arrest on 15 January, Dokouhaki has been under immense pressure to make false confessions, possibly video-recorded. She was in solitary confinement in the so-called ward AA, controlled by Iran's Revolutionary Guards, up until a few days ago. Since then, she says, she's been put in a double-cell with another inmate.

The Islamic Republic Judiciary is yet to give a reason for Dokouhaki's arrest. Ten days ago, a spokesman for the Judiciary said in his press conference that the Prosecutor would comment on Parastoo Dokouhaki, Marzieh Rasouli and Saham Bourghani, all arrested roughly at the same time.

This, needless to say, has not materialised, resulting in more confusion and increasing concern over the fate of these journalists.

The only relevant piece of information to come out to this date has been a report by the semi-official news agency, Mehr, which quoted "a security official" on its website (Tuesday 9 Feb.) that said "a number of BBC Persian colleagues in Iran" have been arrested and confessed.

مرضیه رسولی به انفرادی برگردانده شد

مرضیه رسولی،‌ روزنامه‌نگار و وبلاگ‌نویس ایرانی که ۲۲ روز پیش بازداشت شد، دوباره به سلول انفرادی اوین بازگردانده شده است.

پیشتر مأموران امنیتی برای چند روز، به‌طور موقت خانم رسولی را از سلول انفرادی بند دو.الف که در اختیار سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی است به بندعمومی منتقل کرده بودند. به او وعده داده شده بود که به‌زودی آزاد خواهد شد؛ اما در اقدامی غیرمنتظره خانم رسولی دوباره به سلول انفرادی بازگردانده شده است.

از سرنوشت پرستو دوکوهکی، روزنامه‌نگار و وبلاگ‌نویس ایرانی که ۲۵ دی‌ماه دستگیر شده، اطلاعات تازه‌ای در دسترس نیست. او چند روز پیش در تماس تلفنی گفته به همراه دوستش در یک سلول بوده است. شرایط این دو روزنامه‌نگار با توجه به اطلاعات رسیده بسیار نگران کننده است.

خانم دوکوهکی و خانم رسولی هر دو تحت فشار هستند تا به دروغ به همکاری با بی‌بی‌سی اعتراف کنند.

پروژه اعتراف‌گیری سپاه پاسداران

سه‌شنبه ۱۸ بهمن، پروژه سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی برای اعتراف‌گیری اجباری از روزنامه‌نگاران و وبلاگ‌نویسان به همکاری با بی‌بی‌سی فارسی به نقل از یک مقام امنیتی در خبرگزاری مهر علنی شد.

اتهام مرضیه رسولی و پرستو دوکوهکی تاکنون به طور رسمی اعلام نشده است.

در روزهای گذشته خانواده‌های این دو روزنامه‌نگار با وعده‌های تلفنی ماموران امنیتی در انتظار آزادی آنها بوده‌اند؛ اما از چند روز پیش در بلاتکلیفی و سرگردانی به سرمی‌برند.

تعدادی از روزنامه‌نگاران و وبلاگ‌نویسان ایران در هفته‌های گذشته بدون دلیل مشخصی دستگیر شده‌اند. بر اساس اخبار دریافت شده از زندان اوین این افراد برای تکمیل پروژه سپاه پاسدارن علیه بی‌بی‌سی فارسی دستگیر شده‌اند و به جز دوستی یا خویشاوندی با کارکنان بی‌بی‌سی فارسی ارتباط دیگری با این رسانه نداشته‌اند.

این رسانه در اطلاعیه‌ای اعلام کرده است که در ایران همکار یا کارمندی ندارد و پروژه اعتراف‌گیری بی‌اساس است.

پرستو دوکوهکی وبلاگ‌نویس، فعال حقوق زنان و کارمند بنیاد شریعتی هم عصر یکشنبه ۲۵ دی ماه، پس از بازرسی کامل خانه پدری و ضبط برخی از اموال و مدارک بازداشت شد.

وعده آزادی رسولی و دوکوهکی تاکنون محقق نشده

با وجود وعده غیررسمی ماموران امنیتی برای آزادی مرضیه رسولی و پرستو دوکوهکی، هیچ یک از این دو روزنامه‌نگار تاکنون آزاد نشده اند.

مرضیه رسولی روزنامه‌نگار دستگیر شده توسط نیروهای امنیتی پس از آنکه بیش از دو هفته در سلول انفرادی بند دو الف زندان اوین زندانی شده بود؛ از دو روز پیش به بند عمومی منتقل شده است. پرستو دوکوهکی روزنامه‌نگار دیگری که دو روز قبل از خانم رسولی در منزلش در تهران دستگیر شده بود نیز از دیروز در سلولی دو نفره زندانی شده است.

بر اساس اخبار رسیده از زندان اوین به هر دو این روزنامه‌نگاران به طور غیررسمی وعده آزادی داده شده اما خانواده‌های رسولی و دوکوهکی چندین روز است که بدون نتیجه در انتظار آزادی آنها هستند.

پس از گذشت حدود بیست روز از دستگیری این دو روزنامه‌نگار از سوی نیروهای امنیتی هنوز اتهام آنها به طور رسمی اعلام نشده است. اگر چه بر اساس اخبار دریافت شده از داخل زندان اوین خانم رسولی و خانم دوکوهکی تحت فشار شدید هستند تا به دروغ به همکاری با رسانه‌های خارجی از جمله بی‌بی‌سی فارسی اعتراف کنند.

این در حالیست که بی‌بی‌سی فارسی دو روز پیش اعمال چنین فشارهایی بر روزنامه نگاران داخل ایران را محکوم کرد. رئیس بخش فارسی بی‌بی‌سی روز پنجشنبه اعلام کرد: "بی‌بی‌سی هیچ همکار یا کارمندی، به هیچ شکلی، در ایران ندارد و اگر کسی تحت فشار نیروهای امنیتی به همکاری با بی‌بی‌سی اعتراف کند، چنین اعترافی بی اساس و بی اعتبار است ."

ماموران امنیتی پرستو دوکوهکی را در روز ۲۵ دی ماه در منزلش بازداشت کردند. بسیاری از مدارک و لوازم شخصی خانم دوکوهکی هم هنگام دستگیری ضبط شده است. مرضیه رسولی نیز در روز ۲۷ دی ماه در منزلش در تهران دستگیر شد و لوازم شخصی اش از جمله لپ تاپش توسط ماموران امنیتی ضبط شد.

پی گیری خانواده‌های این دو روزنامه‌نگار زندانی برای آگاهی از اتهام و گفت‌و‌گو با مقامات قضایی پرونده آنها تاکنون به هیچ نتیجه‌ای نرسیده است.

Dokouhaki and Rasouli still in prison; official silence continues

Three weeks after their arrest, and despite verbal promises to release them on bail, Parastoo Dokouhaki and Marzieh Rasouli are still in Evin prison.

Families of the two journalists are increasingly concerned as very little has emerged about their case and charges through official channels. Unofficially, though, it is almost certain that both Rasouli and Dokouhaki have been detained as part of a broader, premeditated scenario, and have been under immense pressure to make false confessions of working for the BBC.

Iranian officials have repeatedly declared the BBC a 'hostile' entity; and anyone working for its Persian service an 'agent' acting against national security.

Rasouli and Dokouhaki have never worked for BBC Persian in any capacity. A statement from the broadcaster confirmed this fact. While condemning systematic harassment of close relatives and families of its journalists (as a way of pressuring them), the Head of the BBC Persian service reiterated:

"The BBC has no employee or colleague, in any capacity, in Iran. Any confession to the contrary -- and under pressure from security forces -- is unfounded and void."

Parastoo Dokouhaki and Marzieh Rasouli were arrested in a similar fashion at their homes on (respectively) 15 and 17 January. To this date, all efforts by their family to visit them have been futile, yet both seem to have been less restricted to make contact with their families.

Rasouli last called her family two days ago, indicating she was out of solitary cell for the time-being. Dokouhaki has also called home to say she was in a double-cell with another inmate.

فشار بر دوکوهکی و رسولی برای اعتراف دروغ به همکاری با بی‌بی‌سی فارسی

بر اساس اخبار موثق از داخل زندان اوین این دو روزنامه نگار که از لحظه بازداشت در سلول انفرادی به سر می برند، قرار است در پروژه از پیش طراحی شده سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی به دروغ به جاسوسی و همکاری با بی بی سی اعتراف کنند. رسولی و دوکوهکی به دلیل اعتراف نکردن به سناریو ماموران امنیتی روزهای متوالی است که در سلول انفرادی در بند دو-الف که تحت کنترل سازمان اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران است رها شده اند.
سپاه پاسداران ایران بارها از زندانیان سیاسی اعتراف های تلویزیونی تحت فشار و شکنجه گرفته است.

پرستو دوکوهکی ۲۵ دی ماه در پی ورود ماموران امنیتی در خانه خود بازداشت شد. مرضیه رسولی نیز دو روز پس از دوکوهکی به شکلی مشابه بازداشت شد. او در این مدت تنها دو بار به خانواده خود تلفن کرده است.

با وجود آن که بیش از دو هفته از دستگیری دوکوهکی و رسولی می گذرد، مقام های قضایی تا کنون هیچ توضیحی به خانواده های این دو روزنامه نگار نداده و امکان ملاقات با قاضی پرونده را نیز به رغم پیگیری مکرر ایشان فراهم نکرده اند. دو روز پیشتر، سخنگوی قوه قضائیه در پاسخ به پرسشی از وضعیت پرستو دوکوهکی و مرضیه رسولی گفت «برای اعلام اسامی و نوع اتهام مشکل قانونی وجود دارد» و «در صورت نیاز دادستان تهران اطلاع رسانی می کند.»

Dokouhaki and Rasouli under pressure to make false confessions

Iranian journalists, Parastoo Dokouhaki and Marzieh Rasouli, detained and held by Iran's Revolutionary Guards, are under immense, unlawful pressure to make false confessions in line with a premeditated scenario, which would place them in a network of espionage supposedly related to the Persian service of the BBC.

Verified reports indicate that the two have so far refused to cooperate, and have thus been left in solitary cells without interrogation even -- a measure, experts say, designed to mentally break the detainee into submission.

The Islamic Republic brands the BBC as 'enemy mouthpiece' and a 'spy media'. Iranian officials have announced on several occasions, particularly after the disputed elections in 2009, that they consider anyone working for the BBC Persian service to be 'acting against national security'.

Neither Dokouhaki or Rasouli have ever worked for the broadcaster in any capacity. They are being forced, however, to confess otherwise.

This latest report further supports the idea that the two -- along with others detained recently, such as Saham Bourghani -- are arrested as part of a campaign to cut-off the free flow of information in the run up to the Parliamentary elections on 2 March.

Parastoo Dokouhaki was arrested at her family home on 15 January. Two days later, Marzieh Rasouli was arrested in similar fashion. Both were taken to the so-called AA ward of the Evin prison, a ward controlled by Iran's Revolutionary Guards and out of bounds even to the official Iranian Prisons Organisation.

Into the third week of their detention, no official explanation has been offered as to why Dokouhaki and Rasouli has been arrested. Families have not been allowed to see their daughters, or the judge in charge of their case.

I call on the Iranian authorities to release these journalists and restore their rights to freely communicate their views."

به گفته سازمان عفو بین‌الملل، دستگیری‌ها نشان می‌دهد که «حکومت ایران بار دیگر می‌خواهد در آستانه انتخابات، با محدود کردن جریان اطلاع‌رسانی مانع طرح انتقادها در فضای عمومی جامعه شود. انتقادهایی که کاستی‌های اقتصادی حکومت و نقض حقوق بشر را نشانه گرفته است.»

این سازمان از حکومت ایران خواسته است که تمام روزنامه‌نگاران و فعالان مدنی دستگیر شده در چند هفته گذشته را آزاد کند مگر آن‌که به طور شفاف و قانونی اتهام‌های آنان را اعلام کند و در یک دادگاه عادلانه به این اتهام‌ها رسیدگی کند.

دو سالی می شود با پرستو دو کوهکی آشنا شده ام. پایان دوره ای برای یکی و آغاز دوره ای جدید برای آن دیگری. شده ایم همکار و این یعنی روزهایی در هفته را زیر یک سقف می گذرانیم. هفته ای سه روز سر صبحی می رسد، گوشه ای از اتاق را می گیرد، بساطش را پهن می کند تا بعد از ظهر که دیگر پایان روز کاری است. گاه در هیئتی آشفته، چشمانی پف کرده، مهتابی و پریده رنگ، گاه سرحال و بشاش. طی این دو سال، دیگر دستم آمده است که در هر یک از این حالات باید روز را چگونه کلید زد. در شکل اول معلوم است که نباید زیاد پا پیچش شد، مثلاً از این دست که چطوری و چه خبر و... باید بگذاری برود سر کارش، چایی اش را بخورد، و سرش را فرو برد در مانیتور کامپیوترش و غوطه ور شود در اوراق آرشیوی که برگه هایی است از دیروز آدمی به نام شریعتی.

همکاری ما به این قضیه بر می گردد: دیروز و شریعتی. کار من میراث داری است و کار او ثبت تاریخ. فرصتی یا بهانه ای تا بتواند از امروز فاصله بگیرد، از خودش، از روزگارش. درمان خوبی است. در اوقات فراغتی که در طی روز پیش می آید گاه قهقهه خنده است، گاه بحثهای انتلکتوئلی ... (پیش آمده هق-هق گریه هم باشد) خوب البته در مقام پیرانه سر شده است حرفهایی هم بزنم از جنس توصیه و یا نصیحت... و البته با دقت بسیار تا او بویی نبرد. مودب و محجوب است با این همه از وجناتش پیداست قادر به صراحت لهجه هم هست و حوصله رهنمود را ندارد.

این هم نشینی با نوعی از بیست سالگی که پیوند خورده بوده است با بهار مطبوعات و با آن «اول شخص مفردی »که در هزارتوی وبلاگ ها سر زد، برای آدمهایی مثل ما غنیمت است. اول شخصی که طی سالها خود را در میان گذاشت، با دیگری تقسیمش کرد، شفاف و بی رودربایستی و زندگی با دستان رو را تحمیل کرد به آدم های هم نسل من که تقیه «کد اگزیستانسیل» شان بود: زیست در پس پرده، پناه بردن به سمبولیزم، چند لایه و چند پهلو. در سیاست ورزی چنانچه در زندگی، در بروز احساسات شخصی و یا نظرات اجتماعی شان.

اینها، برعکس همانهایی بودند که بر خلاف ما یاد گرفته بودند که سیاست بورزند به نام همین «من» شفاف، همه چیز را به خود مربوط بدانند بی کلیشه ایدئولوژی و تعلقات حزبی و گروهی، از غم و اضطراب و روحیاتشان پرده بردارند همانجور که از تزویر بزرگان پرده بر می دارند. شاید همینجور بیست سالگی بوده است که گاه او را دستخوش نوستالژی می کند مثل اینکه سی سالگی اش مانده باشد روی دستش: شبیهِ «خوب! که چی؟» و یا «اما بعد».

اینجاست که تجربیات امثال من می تواند به کاری بیاید. همین مایی که به یمن زیست های چندلا و چند لایه، راز بقایی داریم و می شود در میان گذاشت. آدم های مجرب اگر آن وسواس غریب برای درمیان گذاشتن تجربیاتشان را کنار بگذارند می توانند امنیت بخش باشند.

آیا با گفتن اینکه خیلی از بیست سالگی ها در تاریخ معاصر ما با سرخوشی آغاز شده است و بعد خورده است به تنگنا، می شود امنیت بخش بود؟ یا گفتن اینکه در زندگی هر کسی لحظات حدی است و باید با صبوری نشست پای این لحظه ها، می توان تسلی بود؟ گوش می کند و می گوید: مرسی خیلی استفاده کردم.

بی فایده است. این اول شخص مفرد را نمی شود با تجربه هایی که متعلق به خودش نیست قانع کرد. با حصر چطور؟ با ضبط اموال خصوصی شاید؟ دفترچه های یادداشت؟ بی فایده است. این اول شخص مفردبرای پنهان کردن چیزی ندارد. همین نیست که نگران کننده است؟ قبلاً پنهانی ها نگران می کرد و حال این همه شفافیت. ماجرا همین است.

Dokouhaki denied family visit as Rasouli black-out continues

There is a sense of growing urgency as the silence about the detained Iranian journalist, Marzieh Rasouli continues.

It's ten days now since Rasouli, held in solitary confinement by the Revolutionary Guards, last made contact with her family from Evin prison. That, in fact, was her first, on the day following her arrest (17 January). Since then, all attempts by her family to meet the judge in charge of her case to obtain more details has been futile, and thus far they have been kept in the dark even about the well-being of their loved one.

Parastoo Dokouhaki, who was arrested at her family home two days before Rasouli on 15 January, has been in touch with her family, yet there's no less concern as they have been told -- on Thursday -- that Parastoo cannot have any visits until the interrogations end and investigations come to conclusion.

This is despite the fact that no official comment has been made about her case; nor about Rasouli and Saham Bourghani, a photo-journalist detained roughly at the same time, for that matter.

Human rights organisations, the EU Parliament, as well as the US Department of State and the UK Foreign Office, have condemned these arrests as a cynical attempt to "cut-off" free flow of information in the run-up to Iran's Parliamentary elections in March.

نزدیکان مرضیه رسولی می گویند نزدیک به ۱۰ روز است که اعضای خانواده او هر روز به دادسرای اوین مراجعه می کنند اما هیچ یک از مسوولان توضیحی در مورد وضعیت خانم رسولی نمی دهند.

خانواده مرضیه رسولی با اعلام نگرانی نسبت به سلامتی این روزنامه نگار از مقامات قضایی خواسته اند که آنها را از وضعیت وی آگاه کنند.

مرضیه رسولی بعد از اولین تماسش که دقایقی پس از بازداشت انجام شد تا امروز هیچ گونه تماسی با خانواده اش نداشته. در پیگیری های انجام شده هم مسوولان زندان به اعضای خانواده او پاسخی نمی دهند.

به گفته نزدیکان خانواده رسولی، مادر این روزنامه نگار، بیمار است و از بازداشت فرزندش بی اطلاع است. اعضای خانواده نگرانند که غیبت طولانی و بیخبری از مرضیه رسولی وضعیت مادرشان را وخیم تر کند.

مرضیه رسولی، روزنامه نگاری که در بسیاری از روزنامه های اصلاح طلب کار کرده؛ پس از توقیف روزنامه اعتماد
بیکار شده بود. او نیمه شب ۲۷ دی ماه پس از بازرسی کامل از منزلش بدون هیچ توضیحی بازداشت و به بند دوالف زندان اوین که تحت نظارت سپاه پاسدارن است منتقل شد.

پرستو دوکوهکی ممنوع الملاقات است

نزدیکان پرستو دوکوهکی می گویند او ممنوع الملاقات شده است. این موضوع را ماموران مستقر در زندان اوین روز پنجشنبه به خانواده او اعلام کرده و گفته اند «به دستور مقامات مسوول، تا پایان تحقیقات و بازجویی ها» دیدار با وی ممکن نخواهد بود.

پرستو دوکوهکی، از همکاران بنیاد شریعتی، که عصر یکشنبه ۲۵ دی ماه، پس از بازرسی شدید منزل پدری بازداشت شد، در اولین تماس به خانواده اش گفته بود بازپرس شعبه پنج دادسرای اوین برایش قرار بازداشت ۱۰۰ میلیون تومانی صادر کرده، اما بعد از حضور خانواده در این دادسرا و پیگیری موضوع، مسوولان دادسرا اعلام کردند که قرار وثیقه لغو و به جای آن قرار بازداشت موقت یک ماهه صادر شده است.

دستگیری پرستو دوکوهکی، و تقریبا همزمان با آن چند روزنامه نگار دیگر از جمله مرضیه رسولی و سهام الدین بورقانی، واکنش های بسیاری را به همراه داشته که این دستگیری ها را برنامه ای برای بستن هرچه بیشتر فضا در آستانه انتخابات مجلس ایران (۱۲ اسفند) دانسته اند.

با این همه مراجع قانونی و مقام های قضائی جمهوری اسلامی همچنان در قبال این بازداشت ها سکوت اختیار کرده اند.

اعتراض بنیاد شریعتی به بازداشت پرستو دوکوهکی

U.S. Department of State: Wave of Arrests, Harassment, and Death Sentences in Iran

We are deeply concerned by the alarming increase in the Iranian regime’s efforts to extinguish all forms of free expression and limit its citizens’ access to information in the lead-up to March parliamentary elections.

In the past two weeks, security forces have reportedly arrested four journalists, including Shahram Manouchehri, Sahamedin Bourghani, Parastoo Dokouhaki, and Marzieh Rasouli, and Iranian courts confirmed death sentences for bloggers Saeed Malekpour and Vahid Asghari, both of whom were not accorded due process and now face imminent execution on charges of “spreading corruption.”

The international community has repeatedly raised its concerns regarding Iran’s human rights record, calling on it to abide by its commitments to protect the rights of all its citizens and uphold the rule of law, including the conduct of a transparent electoral process that permits citizens to make their voices heard. We urge Iranian officials to respond to these calls, cooperate with UN Special Rapporteur Dr. Ahmed Shaheed and allow him to enter Iran to conduct his work.

EU Parliament 'concerned' about Rasouli and Dokouhaki

In a motion for a resolution on 'Iran and its nuclear program', the European Parliament has voiced concern over the fate of the two detained Iranian journalists, Marzieh Rasouli and Parastoo Dokouhaki.

The resolution, proposed on behalf of the Social-Democratic block in the EU Parliament, although primarily on the nuclear issue, touches on human rights violations in Iran and refers to specific cases where relevant.

Article 10 reads: "[The European Parliament] is concerned about the wave of detentions of Iranian journalists and bloggers , particularly the cases of Parastoo Dokouhaki and Marzieh Rasouli, who are being reportedly kept in solitary cells at Tehran’s Evin prison; regards these actions as a clear attempt of the Iranian government to cut off the free flow of information by whatever means necessary in the run-up to the March 2012 Parliamentary Elections."

Parastoo Dokouhaki was arrested at her home on 15 January and taken to Evin prison. The same happened to Marzieh Rasouli two days later. Both journalists are held in solitary cells in the so-called Ward AA, controlled by the Revolutionary Guards. Families are concerned as they haven't had access to the Judge in charge of the case; nor have they been allowed to see their loved ones.

The Islamic Republic Judiciary has remained silent on this issue to this date.

در تازه ترین متن پیشنهادی برای قطعنامه ای در مورد برنامه هسته ای ایران، بندی هم به وضعیت این دو روزنامه نگار زندانی اختصاص داده شده. این پیش نویس روز چهارشنبه ۲۵ ژانویه در سایت رسمی پارلمان اروپا قرار گرفته و محور اصلی آن حمایت از تحریم تشدیدها علیه ایران است.

در بند دهم این پیش نویس پانزده بندی آمده است: «[پارلمان اروپا] نگرانی خود را از موج دستگیری روزنامه نگاران و وبلاگ نویسان ایرانی، به ویژه پرستو دوکوهکی و مرضیه رسولی، که بنا به گزارش ها در سلول انفرادی در زندان اوین تهران به سر می برند، ابراز می کند. [پارلمان اروپا] این اعمال را تلاشی آشکار از جانب دولت ایران برای قطع جریان آزاد اطلاع رسانی به هر شکل ممکن، و در آستانه انتخابات مجلس در ماه مارس ۲۰۱۲ می داند.»

پرستو دوکوهکی و مرضیه رسولی، به ترتیب در روزهای ۲۵ و ۲۷ دی ماه، به ترتیبی مشابه در خانه خود بازداشت شدند. هر دو نفر در بند «دو الف» سپاه و در سلول انفرادی هستند. تلاش خانواده این دو روزنامه نگار برای روشن شدن وضع فرزندانشان، یا ملاقات با آنها تا کنون به نتیجه نرسیده است. پرستو دوکوهکی چند بار در مدت بازداشت به خانواده اش تلفن کرده، اما مرضیه رسولی جز یک مرتبه بلافاصله پس از بازداشت تماس دیگری نداشته است.

Judicial authorities at Evin prison say Parastoo Dokouhaki will remain in detention while investigations continue.

Sources close to the journalist's family have told the Campaign to Free Parastoo and Marzieh that the order for "temporary detention" has been issued by the Judge in charge of the case. According to this report, Parastoo's family met the Deputy Prosecutor on Monday who referred their request to see the Judge to judicial authorities based at Evin prison. Once there, however, they were denied access to the Judge despite holding the official letter from the Deputy Public Prosecutor, being told, instead, that there's no case for access to the Judge as their daughter is in "temporary detention" pending further investigations.

This latest development is a major source of concern as "temporary detention" in judicial terminology of the Islamic Republic no less than often means "indefinite detention". People have been held before for long periods before trial and without recourse to due legal process.

Parastoo Dokouhaki was arrested on 15 January at her home. Two days later, her friend, another journalist, Marzieh Rasouli, was arrested in a similar fashion at her place. Marzieh's family are gravely concerned about their daughter as - unlike Parastoo - she has not made any phone calls since the day after her arrest.

به گفته یکی از نزدیکان خانواده دوکوهکی مسوولان دادسرا در آخرین پیگیری ها از صدور قرار بازداشت موقت توسط قاضی شعبه پنجم داسرا برای ادامه تحقیقات در پرونده خبر داده اند.

خانواده این وبلاگ نویس در ادامه پیگیری های خود، روز دوشنبه به دادستانی تهران مراجعه کردند که پس از ملاقات با معاون دادستان و توضیح شرایط پیش آمده و نگرانی نسبت به سلامت روحی عزیزشان توانستند برای ملاقات با بازپرس پرونده نامه ای از این مقام قضایی دریافت و برای پیگیری بیشتر وضعیت پرستو دوکوهکی به دادسرای اوین مراجعه کنند.

اما به گفته یکی از نزدیکان این خانواده مقامات دادسرای اوین با وجود نامه رسمی معاون دادستان شرایط ملاقات با قاضی شعبه پنجم را فراهم نکردند و گفتند: برای پرستو دوکوهکی قرار بازداشت موقت صادر شده و تحقیقات در پرونده ادامه دارد, بنابراین موضوعی نیست که قاضی بخواهد با خانواده زندانی ملاقات کند.

از وضعیت مرضیه رسولی دیگر روزنامه نگار زندانی در بند دو الف زندان اوین هیچ اطلاع جدیدی در دست نیست.

Rasouli Denied Phone-call to Family

Into the second week of their arrest, official silence is continuing about the Iranian journalists Parastoo Dokhouhaki, Marzieh Rasouli and Saham Bourghani. Families are concerned as despite their daily quest none have been allowed to meet the Judge in charge of the case. This has been particularly troubling for Rasouli's family as their daughter is the only one not to contact her family in the past few days.

Rasouli was arrested last Tuesday at her home and allowed to contact her family the following day - after which she's not called. Dokouhaki, who was arrested on Sunday 15 January, has called a few times, saying she was "alright", according to her family.

Both journalists - as well as the photo-journalist Bourghani have been taken to Evin prison and are reportedly being held in the ward AA, supervised by the Revolutionary Guards and not the Iranian Prisons Organisation. Iranian authorities, judicial or other, are yet to offer any explanation into these and a number of recent, similar arrests.

در حدود یک هفته‌ای که از بازداشت پرستو دوکوهکی و مرضیه رسولی می‌گذرد هیچ مرجع قضایی توضیح مشخصی درباره وضعیت پرونده بازداشت‌شدگان و اتهام‌های آن‌ها ارائه نکرده است.

خانم دوکوهکی که از روز یک‌شنبه ۲۵ دی‌ماه در بازداشت بوده در چند تماس تلفنی کوتاه با خانواده وضعیت جسمانی خود را خوب توصیف کرده است. اما در این مدت مرضیه رسولی، روزنامه‌نگار و بلاگر فقط یک بار توانسته با خانواده تماس داشته باشد.

ماموران امنیتی روز سه‌شنبه ۲۷ دی‌ماه مرضیه رسولی را پس از تفتیش وسایل شخصی در خانه‌اش بازداشت کردند. کامپیوتر و یادداشت‌های شخصی این دو روزنامه‌نگار به همراه آن‌ها ضبط شده است.

هر دو روزنامه‌نگار از زمان بازداشت در سلول‌‌های انفرادی بند دو الف زندان اوین نگهداری می‌شوند. بر اساس گزارش‌ها نیروهای حفاظت اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی دو روزنامه‌نگار و بلاگر را به همراه سهام‌الدین بورقانی و یک روزنامه‌نگار دیگر دستگیر کرده‌اند.

دنیل یکی از معترضین جنبش وال استریت تصویری از پرستو دوکوهکی را در دست دارد. در کمپین ۹۹ قرار است نود و نه نفر از افرادی که در جنبش وال استریت (یا دیگر جنبش ها برای عدالت و آزادی) در سراسر دنیا حضور دارند از چرایی حضورشان در این اعتراض‌ها بگویند و بعد روایت یک زندانی سیاسی در ایران را بشنوند. هر کدام از این معترضین پیامی برای آن زندانی می‌فرستد و پوستری برای وی طراحی می‌کند.

Press Release:Journalists Detained in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Solitary Cells

Parastoo Dokouhakiand Marzieh Rasouli, Iranian journalists and bloggers who were arrested lastweek, are being kept in solitary cells at Tehran’s Evin prison. Latest reportsfrom Iran indicate that the two are held by the Islamic Revolutionary GuardsCorps (Sepah) in the so-called ‘Ward AA’ (doAlef). The AA Ward of the Evin Prison is not under the jurisdiction orsupervision of the Iranian Prisons Organizations, and is illegally run by theIntelligence Department of the IRGC.

Last week, agentsstormed the houses of Dokouhaki and Rasouli and arrested the aforementioned,confiscating their laptops and other personal belongings. The two have beencharged with “acting against national security” and “propaganda against theregime” – loosely defined charges that are repeatedly used in a range of cases.The real reasons for the arrests are, thus, not clear. So far, the journalistshave been denied the right of access to attorney and no visitation with theirfamily has been granted.

Dokouhaki andRasouli are not the only journalists arrested within the last few days;Sahameddin Bouraghani, Fatemeh Kheradmand, Ehsan Houshmand, Said Madani,Farshad Ghorban Pour, Mohammad Soleimaninia, Nasrin Nematollahi, PeymanPakmehr, and Shahram Manoucheri are among the many journalists, bloggers andWeb activists who have been arrested in the recent weeks.

Furthermore, familymembers of reporters employed by Persian media outlets outside of Iran, such asBBC Persian, havebeen harassed or detained. In addition, a number of university students andordinary citizens were called for questioning and subjected to beatings.

In light of the waveof arrest of the journalists and bloggers inside Iran and the pressure placedupon those outside the country, it seems that in the run-up to the March 2012Parliamentary Elections, the Iranian government is trying to cut off the freeflow of information by whatever means necessary. The journalists and bloggersinside Iran, as well as the families of those working for news services outsideIran, thus seem to be the victims of a pre-emptive action by Islamic Republicto tighten its grip and block the free flow of information.

We ask the Iraniangovernment to release these journalistsimmediately. We further ask all human rights organizations and theinternational community to condemn the pressures and fear mongering perpetuatedby the Islamic Republic, and encourage all to follow up on this case and demandtheir speedy release from the IRGC run prison.

About Parastou Dokouhaki

Parastou Dokouhaki,journalist, blogger, and woman’s rights activist has been detained at Evinprison since the eve of Sunday, January 15, when agents stormed her house and arrestedher along with confiscating her laptop and other personal items. ParastooDokouhaki’s activism dates back to 1998 when she started working with Zanan, afeminist journal. As a journalist, she worked for newspapers such as Yas-e Nou,Eghbal, Etemad-e Melli, and Shargh. One of the most famous female bloggers,Dokouhaki wrote extensively about social issues with a focus on women-specificissues. In 2005, her weblog won the award for the best journalistic weblog fromDeutche Welle. She was actively involved with groups working on various women’srights issues, such as the women’s rights to enter the soccer stadiums. In 2007she went to UK to continue her education. She received a masters’ degree inMedia Studies from University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies(SOAS) after which, she returned to Iran. Prior to this arrest, Dokouhaki wasarrested in March 4, 2007 and charged with “action against national security”from which she was acquitted in court in May 25, 2010. In recent months, Dokouhaki was collaboratingon a project with Shariati Foundation. Dokouhaki has a chronic illness and mustuse medication under the supervision of her physician.

A literary andcultural journalist and famous social blogger, Marzieh Rasouli has beenimprisoned at Evin prison since Tuesday January 17 when agents stormed her houseand confiscated her personal belonging and laptop along with arresting her. Whenher house was stormed, Rasouli was logged into her email account. After she wasarrested, emails were sent from her account to some of her friends stating thatshe is not arrested and that the news of her arrest is a mere rumor, which thematter has caused serious concerns amongst her friends. Rasouli has worked inthe literary and cultural section of ISNA (Iranian Student News Agency) as wellas newspapers such as Iran, Shargh, and Etemad. In 2005, her collection ofcultural reporting for Shargh newspaper won her the first place in the PrintedPress Festival of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. In October 2010,while attempting to leave Iran on a leisurely trip, her passport wasconfiscated at the airport and she was told that she is exit-banned. Whilepursuing her case to reclaim her passport, she was informed that she standsaccused of spying. However, a few weeks ago, Rasouli was told that she wascleared of all charges and that her passport will be returned to her. Rasoulihas been interrogated numerous times by the Ministry of Intelligence.

پرستو دوکوهکی و مرضیه رسولی، دوروزنامه نگار و وبلاگ نویس ایرانی، حدود یک هفته است که در بند دو الف زندان اوینکه زیر نظر اطلاعات سپاه ایران اداره می شود در سلول انفرادی هستند. هفته گذشتهمامورین به خانه های پرستو دوکوهکی و مرضیه رسولی ریختهاند و آنها را همراه با وسائل و لپ تاپ هایشان با خود برده اند. علت دستگیری ایندو روزنامه نگار مشخص نیست و تنها اتهام های مبهم "تبلیغ علیه نظام" و"اقدام علیه امنیت ملی" به آنها تفهیم شده است. این روزنامه نگاران تابه حال از داشتن وکیل محروم بوده اند و موفق به ملاقات با خانواده های خود نشدهاند. خانواده های آنها هم اطلاع بیشتر از وضعیت آنها ندارند و از صحبت با رسانه هاخودداری می کنند. به نظر می رسد خانواده های این روزنامه نگاران نیز همچون مواردمشابه که پیش از این بارها گزارش شده است، از سوی مقامات امنیتی مجبور به سکوت شدهاند.

مرضیه و پرستو تنهاروزنامه نگارانی نیستند که در روزهای اخیر دستگیر شده اند. روزنامه نگاران، وبنگاران و فعالان اجتماعی دیگری از جمله سهام الدین بورقانی، فاطمه خردمند، احسانهوشمند، سعید مدنی، فرشاد قربان‌پور، محمد سلیمانی نیا، نسرین نعمت اللهی، پیمانپاک مهر و شهرام منوچهری هم در چند روز گذشته دستگیر شده اند. تعدادی از روزنامهنگاران هم در هفته های اخیر بازجویی و تهدید شده اند. خانواده های برخی خبرنگارانمشغول به کار در رسانه های خارج از کشور از جمله خانواده های خبرنگاران بی بی سیفارسی هم اخیرا اذیتو آزار یا بازداشت شده اند. در چند روز اخیر تعدادی از دانشجویان و شهروندانعادی هم مورد بازجویی و ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته اند.

با توجه به موج دستگیری هاو فشارها در هفته ها و ماه های اخیر، به نظر می رسد برخی خبرنگاران و وب نگارانساکن ایران و دوستان و خانواده های خبرنگاران شبکه های خارجی قربانی سیاست های امنیتیو پیشگیرانه حکومت ایران برای کنترل جریان اطلاع رسانی در مورد انتخابات پیش رو شدهاند.

ما از دولت جمهوری اسلامیایران می خواهیم این روزنامه نگاران را هر چه زودتر آزاد کند. از کلیه نهادهایحقوق بشری و جوامع بین المللی هم می خواهیم این فشارها و ارعاب ها را محکوم کنند،وضعیت روزنامه نگاران دستگیر شده را پیگیری کرده و از دولت ایران بخواهند تا اینروزنامه نگاران را هر چه سریع تر آزاد کند.

درباره پرستو دوکوهکی

پرستو دو کوهکی، روزنامهنگار، وبلاگ نویس و فعال حقوق زنان از عصر یکشنبه 25 دی ماه در زندان اوین است.عصر یکشنبه ماموران به خانه او در تهران ریختند و وسایل شخصی او از جمله لپ تاپشرا همراه با خودش بردند. پرستو دو کوهکی از سال 1377 با مجله فمینیستی"زنان" همکاری می کرد. او همچنین با روزنامه های متعددی از قبیل یاس نو،اقبال، اعتماد ملی و شرق کار کرده است. دوکوهکی یکی از مشهور ترین وبلاگ نویسان زنایرانی است که سال ها درباره مسائل اجتماعی ایران و خصوصا مسائل زنان می نوشت.وبلاگ او در سال 1384 برنده جایزه بهترین وبلاگ ژورنالیستی دویچه وله شد. اوهمچنین با گروه های حقوق زنان همکاری هایی داشته و در یکی از کمپین های زنان برایورود زنان به استادیوم فعالانه حضور داشته است. او در سال ۲۰۰۷ به انگستان رفت و دردانشگاه سواز در رشته مطالعات رسانه دوره کارشناسی ارشد را گذراند. وی پس از فارغالتحصیلی به ایران بازگشت. او پیش از این هم یک بار در 13 اسفند 1385 به اتهام"اقدام علیه امنیت ملی" دستگیره شده بود که در 4 خرداد 1389 از ایناتهام در دادگاه تبرئه شد. دوکوهکی در ماه های اخیر با بنیاد شریعتی همکاری میکرد. او بیمار است و با تشخیص پزشک نیاز به مصرف مداوم دارو دارد.

درباره مرضیه رسولی
مرضیه رسولی روزنامه نگارحوزه فرهنگ و ادب و یکی از معروف ترین وبلاگ نویس های اجتماعی فارسی از سه شنبه 27دی ه در زندان اوین است. ماموران به خانه او ریختند و وسائل شخصی او از جمله لپتاپ او را با خود بردند. هنگامی که ماموران به خانه او ریختند ایمیل او باز بوده وپس از دستگیری از ایمیل او با برخی دوستانش تماس گرفته شده و از قول مرضیه گفتهشده که او دستگیر نشده است و خبر دستگیری او شایعه است که این مساله به شدت نگرانکننده است. مرضیه سابقه همکاری با خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران، و روزنامه های متعددیاز جمله ایران، شرق و اعتماد را در حوزه ادب و فرهنگ دارد. او درسال 1384 به خاطرمجموعه گزارش های فرهنگی اش در روزنامه شرق، برنده جایزه اول جشنواره مطبوعاتوزارت ارشاد شد. در مهر 1389 هنگامی که می خواست برای یک سفر تفریحی از ایران خارجشود در فرودگاه پاسپورتش ضبط و ممنوع الخروج شد. در پیگیری هایش برای پس گرفتنپاسپورت به او گفته شده بود اتهامش جاسوسی است اما چند هفته پیش به او گفته بودندکه از او رفع اتهام شده است و می تواند پاسپورت خود را پس بگیرد. مرضیه بارها موردبازجویی وزارت اطلاعات قرار گرفته است.

Communiqué de presse: les deux journalistes arrêtées sont aux mains des Gardiens de la Révolution

Parastoo Dokouhaki et Marzieh Rasouli, deux journalistes et blogueuses iraniennes sont, depuis une semaine, en cellule de confinement à la prison d'Evine, section 2 alef (a), qui est aux mains du service des renseignements des Gardiens de la Révolution. La semaine dernière les agents de sécurité sont entrés dans la maison de Parastoo Dokouhaki et de Marzieh Rasouli, les ont arrêtées et amenées à la prison en confisquant leurs affaires personnelles et leurs ordinateurs portables. Les raisons de ces arrestations n'ont pas été annoncées. Les charges retenues contre elles sont "la propagande contre le régime" et "d'avoir agi contre la sûreté nationale". Ces deux journalistes ont été, jusqu'au présent, privées d'avocat et n'ont pas pu pu recevoir de visites des membres de leurs familles. Les familles de celles-ci n'ont pas plus d'information concernant leurs conditions et refusent de parler avec les médias. Il semble que les familles de ces journalistes ont été contraintes de garder le silence sous la pression des forces de sécurité, comme dans beaucoup d'autres cas similaires.

Marzieh et Parastoo ne sont pas les seules journalistes ayant été arrêtées ces derniers jours. D'autres journalistes, blogueurs et activistes comme Sahameddin Borghani, Fateme Kheradmand, Ehsan Houshmand, Said Madani, Farshad Ghorbanpour, Mohammad Soleimani-nia, Nassrine Nematollahi, Peyman Pakmehr et Shahram Manouchehri ont été arrêtés ces derniers jours. Certains journalistes ont été également convoqués, interrogés et intimidés ces dernières semaines. Un nombre d'étudiants et de citoyens ont été également interrogés et tabassés ces derniers temps.

Etant donné les récentes arrestations et les pressions exercées ces derniers semaines, il apparaît que certains journalistes et blogueurs, basés en Iran, et les amis et les familles des journalistes travaillant pour les chaînes étrangères soient victimes des politiques sécuritaires et prévisionnistes du gouvernement iranien, qui cherche à contrôler la circulation de l'information sur le sujet des élections législatives qui auront lieu le 2 mars.

Nous demandons à la République islamique d'Iran de libérer immédiatement ces journalistes. Nous demandons également à toutes les instances des droits de l'Homme et à la communauté internationale de condamner ces pressions et cesintimidations, de suivre la situation des journalistes détenus et de demander au gouvernement iranien de les libérer aussitôt.

Dokouhaki est une des plus célèbres blogueuses iraniennes qui a écrit pendant des années sur les sujets de société en Iran, et, surtout sur les femmes. Son blog a été nommé le meilleur blog journalistique par Deutsche Welle en 2005. En 2007, elle est partie en Angleterre, poursuivre ses étude. Elle a obtenu un master en "Etudes des médias" à School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). Ayant fini ses études, elle retourne en Iran. Dokouhaki a déjà été arrêtée une première fois le 4 mars 2007 et accusée de "porter atteinte à la sûreté nationale". Le 25 mai 2010, elle a été jugée pour cette accusation et acquittée. Ces derniers mois, Parastoo Dokouhaki collaborait avec un projet de recherches pour la Fondation Shariati. Parastoo Dokouhaki est malade, elle doit êtré surveillée régulièrement par son médecin et recevoir des médicaments.

A propos de Marzieh Rasoul

Marzieh Rasouli, journaliste des rubriques de culture et de littérature et une des plus célèbres blogueuses iraniennes, est en prison d'Evine depuis le mardi 17 janvier. Ce jour-là, les forces de l'ordre ont envahi sa maison à Téhéran et confisqué ses affaires personnelles, ainsi que son ordinateur portable. Lorsque les agents se sont introduits chez elle, la page de sa boîte mail était ouverte. Certains de ses amis ont reçu des mails de sa part dans lesquels la nouvelle de son arrestation a été niée. Cet incident est profondément inquiétant. Marzieh avait collaboré avec l'agence des Etudiants d'Iran (ISNA) et de nombreux journaux dont "Iran", Shargh" et "Etemad" sur la culture et la littérature. Elle a reçu, en 2005, le premier prix du festival de la presse du ministère de la Culture et de la Guidance islamique pour l'ensemble de ses reportages culturels, effectués pour le quotidien Shargh. En octobre 2010, lorsqu'elle s'apprêtait à quitter l'Iran pour un voyage touristique, son passeport a été confisqué à l'aéroport. Les autorités lui ont déclaré qu'elle n'avait plus de droit de sortir d'Iran. Poursuivant son cas judiciaire afin de récupérer son passeport, elle a appris que les autorités l'accusaient d'espionnage. Il y a quelques semaines, Rasouli avait pourtant appris qu'elle avait été acquittée et qu'elle pourrait récupérer son passeport. Marzieh avait fait, à plusieurs reprises, l'objet d'interrogatoires au ministère des Renseignements.
